
Policies
I love all of my clients at Chelslay Hair and Beauty, and I want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and time again. Take a quick read. If you have any questions, just get in touch.
*Face Mask are optional , yet highly recommended.
*Non-refundable deposit required at time of booking & will be applied to total cost.
*Please limit the amount of guest accompanying you to appointment to ensure space for other clients.
*Time frame for service completion is an estimate. Time varies depending on length, and density of hair texture. Please plan accordingly.
*Braiding hair is included in colors 1b/2. (Other options can be provided with 48 hour notice.)
*Crochet hair is not included unless discussed before hand.
*This is a full service salon. Shampoo is included with most services, however there is a $20 detangle / matting fee for overly matted hair.
*Photos taken with approval at appointment are subject to be used via social media platforms and website content.

Cancellations
Things happen, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with me. I get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give me a call or shoot me a message letting me know. If you don’t let me know or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, I will charge 40% of the appointment as a fee.
In return, if for any reason I have to cancel your appointment, your full deposit will be refunded.

Late Arrivals
I understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment slot may be reopened for another client or cancelled all together. If I keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
